Accessible Information
The practice works to ensure that patients and service users, and their carers and parents, can access and understand information that they are given. This includes making sure that people get the information in different formats if they need it, for example in large print, braille, easy read or via email.
Please let us know if you need us to book a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate.
FMP has easy wheelchair access via a ramp leading to the front entrance of the Health Centre which has automatic opening and shutting doors. The Practice is all on one floor.
Faversham Medical Practice:
- Welcomes assistance dogs.
- Has separate Male and Female disabled toilets.
- Has a Hearing Loop system displayed at reception.
