Administrative Assistant to the Business Manager (Band 4)

We are looking for Full time Administrative Assistant to the Business Manager to work with our friendly and supportive team at Faversham Medical Practice.

A standard Disclosure and Barring Service check including checks against the barred list will be carried out as part of our recruitment procedures and also regularly during employment.  The responsibility for payment of this lies with the Practice.

It is a requirement that safeguarding training will remain up to date and the safeguarding policies and procedures in place within the Practice will be adhered to during employment.

Checks will be carried out for those who have lived or worked outside of the UK for more than 3 months in the last 5 years.

iWorkflow Administrator (Care Coordinator) (Band 3)

We are looking for a Full/Part time iWorkflow Administrator (Care Coordinator) to work with our friendly and supportive team at Faversham Medical Practice.

These positions require working Bank Holidays and weekends due to our Urgent Treatment Centre being open 7 days a week 8am to 8pm.
