- You may find the NHS App really useful. Providing your GP has given you access to your detailed medical record, you can see information like test results, once these have been reviewed by your GP. You may also be able to view your GP health record to see information like your medical summary, allergies and medicines.
- You can also phone the practice on 01795 905577 after 2pm for any test results-the receptionist can tell you the comment made by the GP for the result. Results are usually available after 7 working days.
Written results
If you are needing a written record of some test results, due to changes in the the Access to Health Records Act 1990 and Data Protection Act, we are obliged to obtain written consent as well as check photo identification before releasing such written information to patients.
