You may find the NHS App really useful. Providing your GP has given you access to your detailed medical record, you can see information like test results, once these have been reviewed by your GP. You may also be able to view your GP health record to see information like your allergies and medicines.
- If you are wanting to make a general query regarding a test that you have had, our receptionists might be able to advise, but this does depend on a number of factors. Please note that lines are particularly busy first thing in the morning.
Written results
If you are needing a written record of some test results, due to changes in the the Access to Health Records Act 1990 and Data Protection Act, we are obliged to obtain written consent as well as check photo identification before releasing such written information to patients.
